We want you to love your artwork. If you have any questions about returns or refunds, we're here to help.

We offer a 30-day return policy on all artwork. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Custom or personalized pieces are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

Starting a return is easy. Simply contact our customer service team at support@moomzee.store with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label and detailed instructions. Once we receive your item and confirm its condition, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Once we receive your returned item, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

We take great care in packaging all artwork, but if your piece arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@moomzee.store with photos of the damage and packaging. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Please report any damage within 48 hours of delivery to ensure the fastest resolution.

Yes! We're happy to help you find the perfect piece. If you'd like to exchange your artwork for a different size, style, or design, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll guide you through the exchange process. Please note that you'll be responsible for any price difference, and the original item must be in perfect, unused condition.

Sizing & Hanging

Everything you need to know about choosing and hanging your artwork.

For optimal visual impact, choose artwork that covers 60-75% of your wall space. Measure your wall width and multiply by 0.6 to find the minimum recommended width. For example, a 6-foot wall works well with artwork 3.5-4.5 feet wide.

Use a tape measure to find the width and height of your available wall space. Account for furniture below (leave 6-12 inches above) and ceiling height above. Take photos of your space to visualize different sizes.

Canvas prints come ready to hang without frames. Framed options are available at checkout. All canvases are gallery-wrapped with finished edges, so they look great unframed.

Hang artwork at eye level (57-60 inches from floor to center). Use appropriate wall anchors for your wall type. Canvas prints include hanging hardware. For heavy pieces, use two hooks for stability.

Yes! Contact us with a photo of your wall and we'll create a free mockup showing how different sizes will look in your space. This helps you choose the perfect size before ordering.
