At MoomZee Artwork, every piece is made to order. While we don't accept traditional returns, we proudly stand behind the quality of our Black and African American artwork.

Our Quality Guarantee

We want you to love your artwork. If your order arrives with a defect, damage, or quality issue, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Once reviewed and approved, we'll gladly send a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement isn't possible, we'll issue a refund.

What's Covered

Our quality guarantee applies to issues that occur during production or shipping.

If the issue wasn't caused by customer-submitted content or incorrect address details, we'll take care of it.

About Color Variations

We use professional-grade printing and consistent processes to deliver high-quality Black artwork. However, printing is a physical process, and minor color variations may occur.

  • Printing equipment differences
  • Paper or canvas materials
  • Environmental factors

Small color variations are normal and fall within acceptable industry standards. These are not considered defects.

Returns Policy

All MoomZee Artwork pieces are made to order, which means we do not accept traditional returns or exchanges.

Why we don't accept returns:

  • No return address provided
  • Items are produced specifically for each customer

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, our quality guarantee ensures you're protected.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your package is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived—or appears lost in transit—contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

We will provide:

  • Replacement artwork sent at no cost
  • Investigation with the shipping carrier

Returned to Sender

Orders may be returned to the carrier due to delivery issues.

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Rejected delivery
  • Unclaimed packages

If this happens, you may place a new order with an updated address. We'll refund the artwork cost for the replacement order—you'll only cover shipping.

Shipping Address Responsibility

To ensure smooth delivery, please double-check your shipping details at checkout.

  • Correct spelling
  • Valid postal code
  • Accurate apartment or unit number

Orders returned due to incorrect address details are not eligible for free replacement.

If there's a problem with your order, reach out to our support team with:

  • Photos of the issue
  • Brief description
