At MoomZee Artwork, we are committed to providing reliable and efficient shipping to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition and in a timely manner. Our fulfillment network spans multiple countries, allowing us to deliver high-quality canvas and framed canvas prints worldwide.
1. Fulfillment & Production Locations
MoomZee Artwork partners with Gelato to fulfill orders globally, ensuring faster and more localized production.
- Canvas prints are produced in 18 countries for optimized delivery times.
- Framed canvas prints are fulfilled in 5 countries for high-quality craftsmanship.
- Orders are automatically routed to the nearest fulfillment center based on your shipping address to minimize delivery time and customs fees.
2. Processing & Production Times
All orders are made on-demand, meaning production begins only after your order is placed.
- Standard Orders: Processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.
- Custom Orders: May take 7-10 business days depending on design complexity.
- Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped using the selected shipping method.
3. Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options for canvas and framed canvas prints:
A. Economy Shipping
- Estimated delivery: 5-6 business days
- Available for domestic and international orders
- Cost-effective option for standard deliveries
B. Express Shipping
- Estimated delivery: 5 business days
- Faster priority shipping for urgent orders
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Rates
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.
- We offer free shipping on domestic orders over $100 within the continental United States.
For exact rates, please enter your shipping address during checkout.
5. Packaging & Protection
We take great care in packaging all orders to ensure they arrive safely:
- Canvas Prints: Wrapped in bubble wrap or kraft paper and packaged in durable boxes with strong edges to prevent damage.
- Framed Canvas Prints: Receive corner protection, wrapped in protective plastic, and securely packaged to ensure safe transit.
This protective packaging process helps prevent damage during shipping.
6. International Shipping & Customs Duties
- We ship worldwide, but international shipping times vary depending on location, typically ranging from 10-21 business days.
- Customs & Import Fees: International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes, which are determined by your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs.
- If a package is held by customs, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with local authorities to complete the necessary requirements for delivery.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders
A. Lost Orders
- If tracking indicates that your package has been lost in transit, please contact us at moomzeeartwork@gmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
- We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and, if confirmed lost, offer a free replacement at no additional cost.
B. Delayed Orders
- If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, check your tracking number for updates.
- Shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather conditions, customs inspections, or high-volume periods.
- If your order is delayed beyond 10 business days past the estimated delivery window, please contact us for further assistance.
C. Damaged Orders
- If your order arrives damaged, please email us at moomzeeartwork@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with the following:
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging (including the shipping label)
- Your order number
- Once verified, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
8. Address & Delivery Issues
- Incorrect Address Provided: If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer must place a new order and cover reshipping costs.
- Unclaimed Packages: If an order is unclaimed at a pick-up location and returned to us, we will refund the product price only (excluding shipping costs).
- Returned to Sender: If a package is returned for any reason (wrong address, failed delivery attempts, or customs rejection), customers must place a new order to receive the item.
9. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment using the carrier’s website or through the Track My Order page on our website.
