Welcome to MoomZee Artwork. By accessing, browsing, or making a purchase from our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions. 1. Orders & Availability

  • All orders placed through our website are subject to product availability. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or an alternative product.
  • MoomZee Artwork reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraudulent activity or violations of these Terms of Service.
  • Once an order has been placed, changes or cancellations can only be made within 2 hours of purchase. After this period, the order will be processed, and cancellations will not be accepted.
  • Custom artwork orders are final and cannot be canceled once the design process has begun.

2. Payment Terms

  • We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods as displayed during checkout.
  • All payments must be completed before an order is processed.
  • MoomZee Artwork does not store or process your payment details. Payments are securely processed through third-party providers that comply with PCI DSS security standards.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship worldwide, and delivery times vary based on location and the selected shipping method.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are detailed in our Shipping Policy.
  • Once an order is shipped, MoomZee Artwork is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses, or customs processing.
  • If a package is lost or significantly delayed, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but we do not guarantee refunds or replacements for packages marked as "delivered" by the shipping provider.

4. Intellectual Property & Usage Restrictions

  • All artwork, images, designs, and content on this website are the exclusive property of MoomZee Artwork and are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
  • You may not:
    • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or sell any artwork or content from our website without prior written permission.
    • Use MoomZee Artwork designs for commercial resale.
    • Modify our designs or claim them as your own.

Violations of these intellectual property rights may result in legal action.


5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

  • Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item is defective or damaged.
  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for the required steps to receive a replacement or refund.
  • Refunds are issued only when a replacement is not possible or if the issue meets the conditions outlined in our return policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • MoomZee Artwork is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.
  • We are not responsible for any harm, loss, or damage arising from:
    • Unauthorized access to our website or your account.
    • Service interruptions, including delays or failures caused by factors beyond our control.
    • User errors, such as providing incorrect shipping details.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the affected product.

  • By subscribing to MoomZee Artwork’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages to the mobile number you provided.
  • These messages may include order confirmations, updates, alerts, and promotional offers.
  • You understand that subscribing to this service is not a condition for purchasing any products from MoomZee Artwork.

8.2 Message & Data Rates

  • MoomZee Artwork does not charge for SMS messages, but message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier.
  • Message frequency varies depending on account activity and promotional campaigns.

8.3 Opting Out of Mobile Messaging
