Cancellation Policy

At MoomZee Artwork, we create custom, made-to-order artwork, which means that cancellations must be handled carefully to ensure a smooth production process. Below are the conditions under which an order may be canceled.

1. Cancellation Eligibility

A. Standard Orders (Non-Customized Items)

  • Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • After 2 hours, the order is sent to production and cannot be canceled.

B. Custom & Personalized Orders

  • Orders containing customized artwork (personalized names, images, or modifications) cannot be canceled after production has begun.
  • If you need to make changes to a custom order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order at moomzeeartwork@gmail.com.

C. Pre-Order or Backorder Items

  • If an item is listed as pre-order or backorder, cancellation requests will be honored until production begins.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at moomzeeartwork@gmail.com with your order number and cancellation request.
  2. If your order is still within the cancellation window, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
  3. If your order is already in production or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

3. Refunds for Canceled Orders

  • Eligible cancellations (within 2-hour window) will receive a full refund processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds are applied to your original payment method.
  • If you do not see the refund after 10 business days, check with your payment provider or contact us for confirmation.

4. Modifying an Order Instead of Cancelling

If you need to change your order instead of canceling, we can assist with the following:

  • Shipping address updates (before fulfillment starts).
  • Artwork modifications (only for unprocessed custom orders).
  • Product swaps (before production begins).

To modify your order, email moomzeeartwork@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and requested changes.

5. Orders That Cannot Be Canceled

Your order cannot be canceled if:

  • It has already entered production (for standard or custom orders).
  • It has shipped and is in transit to you.
  • It is a final sale or clearance item.

6. What Happens If We Cancel Your Order?

MoomZee Artwork reserves the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:

  • Suspected fraud or payment issues.
  • Out-of-stock items where no alternative product is available.
  • Failure to comply with shipping address requirements.
  • Custom design requests that violate our guidelines.

If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund and an email notification explaining the reason for cancellation.
